  • St. Louis University (St. Louis, Missouri)

Please observe the following points when making a transcript request:

  • Academic transcripts are five dollars ($5.00) each.
  • Federal law requires that requests be received IN WRITING (faxes not acceptable) and include your signature.
  • Please include in your request: your name, the school you attended and approximate dates of attendance, the address(es) of the intended recipient(s), your address and phone number (in case we need to contact you).
  • Transcripts are generally issued within two weeks of receipt of request.
  • To expedite your request, you may choose a "rush service." The fee for rush service is an additional ten dollars, regardless of the number of transcripts you are requesting. A rush service request will be processed immediately and sent out via priority mail.
  • This office must receive payment before transcripts can be issued. Please make your check payable to "The Redemptorists."
  • Please note that transcripts issued to you personally will be stamped "Issued to Student." Many institutions will not accept them. Some institutions will accept a transcript mailed to the student if it is in a sealed envelope from our office that the student presents unopened. If you wish us to use this method, please state this in your request.
